Bonjour,
Comme vous l’avez appris, le colloque SPIE Photonics Europe a été annulé pour sa venue à Strasbourg et changé en Digital Forum live (nouveau format site web) la semaine du 6-10 avril 2020 pendant laquelle il sera accessible aux auteurs et aux participants enregistrés. Ce format est nouveau pour SPIE et quelque-part, expérimental.
Les présentations orales enregistrées ET les papiers envoyés avant seront disponibles 24h/24h pendant la période du 6-10 avril 2020 aux participants enregistrés et disponible ensuite dans le "Digital Library" de SPIE. Le planning précédent des colloques ne sera pas suivi. Les auteurs doivent se tenir prêt à répondre par écrit à des questions éventuelles au moins une fois par jour pendant cette période "live".
Il existe une nouvelle page FAQs, sinon voici un résumé des points importants:
- Auteurs/orateurs (et posters) : envoyer un PowerPoint avec audio et le papier si possible pour le 28 mars.
("late papers" pour le 13 avril).
- Frais d'inscription : il y en a pas de frais pour participer au Digital Forum (remboursement si déjà payé), ni pour la publication des papiers dans les Proceedings, mais il faudrait re-inscrire ; les nouveaux détails seront envoyées.
- L'exposition industrielle : l'exposition a été annulée (frais remboursé ou crédit possible pour plus tard), mais le "Exhibition Guide" prévu pour l’événement à Strasbourg est disponible si vous cherchez une solution optique.
- L'exposition "Light Work/s" : mis en standby en attendant un autre venue/format éventuel.

As you are probably aware, the Strasbourg venue of SPIE Photonics Europe has been cancelled and changed into a live Digital Forum (new website format) the week of 6th-10th April 2020 during which time it will be accessible to authors and registered attendees. This format is new for SPIE and somewhat experimental.
The recorded oral presentations AND the papers uploaded beforehand will be available 24h/24h during the period of 6th-10th April 2020 to those registered and in the SPIE "Digital Library" afterwards. The previous conference programme will no longer be followed. Authors should be available to reply in writing to eventual questions on their presentation at least once per day during this live period.
There is a new FAQs page, otherwise, here are some important points:
- Authors/speakers (and posters): upload your recorded PowerPoint with audio and if possible the paper as well, for the 28th March.
- Registration fees: there aren't any fees for participating in the Digital Forum (refund available if already paid), nor for the publication of your paper in the conference Proceedings (date limit for late papers: 13th April 2020) but you will need to re-register; the updated details will be sent to you.
- Industrial exhibition: the exhibition has been cancelled, but the Exhibition Guide prepared for the Strasbourg event is available if you are looking for an optics solution.
- "Light Work/s" exhibition : put on hold while waiting for confirmation of another place/format.
